Bath University recently upgraded a lot of the systems by which academics archive and share their research. Encouraging everyone to make the move to the new way of working required something of a culture shift, so I worked with Wonky Films to create a number of films - including this one about PAM - to explain how easy it was and how much better life would be once they did.
